Product introduction: cement fiber blanket

The new cement blanket is a combination of traditional cement and textile fiber technology, and impermeable and multifunctional concrete powder is incorporated into the woven fabric and non-woven fabric. It has the characteristics of waterproof, moisture-proof, fire-proof and durable, and completely solves the problem of concrete cracking. It can be widely used in railways, highways, water conservancy, agricultural irrigation and other fields, and you can shop where you want. Most importantly, cement blankets can not only save 90% of materials, but also shorten the construction period by 60%.


The new type of cement blanket is a soft cloth mixed with cement. It will hydrate with water and harden into a fireproof, waterproof and durable concrete layer. This material is rolled up like a piece of cloth when it is transported. When it is used, it only needs to be flattened. Watering on it will quickly solidify. The cement blanket before solidification can be cut or cut at will with ordinary scissors. Strong degeneration and extremely convenient. Taking a cement blanket with a thickness of 8mm as an example, the weight per square meter is about 7 kg, which greatly reduces transportation and labor costs, and the effect is similar to that of a traditional cement road. As we all know, since modern times, whether it is paving roads, building bridges or building houses, the most basic and most important material is concrete. However, the traditional processing process of concrete is still more troublesome. Basically, it is made by mixing cement manually or mechanically. This is not only time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient, but also generates a lot of dust, which does not meet the requirements of current social development.


Cement blanket construction plan

1 Preparation

First, plan and measure to ensure a certain slope so that the water can flow smoothly from the upper end to the lower end. After the construction site is cleaned and leveled, the water-damaged parts should be tamped, and if necessary, use Panax notoginseng lime soil for tamping. Remove debris, gravel, etc. in the slope, and set up construction lines according to the design drawings.

2 excavation

Set up the construction line according to the design requirements. The two sides of the design anchor ditch need to be leveled and the inner side of the ditch must not have virtual soil and voids. The water-damaged parts should be tamped and treated with notoginseng lime soil if necessary. The size along the groove is 300cm wide to 300cm deep.

3 Laying C

The material can be laid vertically and horizontally. Please make sure to tidy the substrate, otherwise it will affect the appearance quality.

4 seam treatment

Laminate two adjacent cement blankets with a width of 10cm-15cm, put the cement blanket joints at the overlapped area and flatten them. Press the upper cement blanket on the lower cement blanket along the direction of the water flow, and the overlap should not be less than 10cm-15cm. Apply glass sealant evenly in the middle of the joint. The surface is covered with cement mortar. Fix the two cement blankets with 1275mm drill screws. The spacing is 10cm-15cm.


5 Treatment along the ditch

Use U-shaped steel bars (with a length of not less than 50cm) to fix the material edge on the anchoring ditch, and fix the superimposition with rivets. After fixing, water and solidify and cover with soil and tamping treatment. Remember that the anchoring ditch is above the water level.

6 watering and curing

It is necessary to check and accept the whole laying before watering, and watering can only be done after qualified! Each square needs to be watered 9kg (thickness is calculated as 10mm). It must be poured thoroughly. Sprinkle water evenly from the edge to the middle. It is best to spray with a flow rate of 4000ml/min until the cement carpet becomes darker. High pressure water column! It is forbidden to step on after watering. When the temperature is 5C, heat preservation measures should be taken; when the average temperature of day and night is higher than 30, the surface should be covered with plastic film or geotextile and other materials to keep it moist.
